Sending Mail to Inmates
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
In an effort to keep contraband out of the Cleveland County Jail Facility the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office is implementing a new system for sending documents, photos, and mail to inmates.
If you wish to send documents, photos, and mail to inmates we now have a quicker and more efficient method using our new Inmate Messaging System. Using the website www.NCIC.com you can set up an account and easily send messages, photos and documents that will be available to the inmate immediately. Messages are only $0.25 per message and pictures messages/documents are $0.35 each. This is much cheaper than postage, envelopes and the time it takes to mail a letter. There is no limit on the amount of messages, photos, and documents that can be sent to the inmates.
All inmate mail, EXCEPT for legal and medical mail, must be mailed to the following address utilizing existing Cleveland County Sheriff's Office Jail mail rules. Please see attached document for additional rules.
